Acknowledge excellence and commitment

We work hard to uphold our values and are committed to our mission, but we don’t take those things for granted. We constantly and explicitly acknowledge the virtues that make us successful.

Be serious and silly

We take our work as seriously as anyone, but we never take ourselves too seriously. We work hard to be silly too – as there’s more to life than the office, and we remember that when we’re there.

Stay humble

We check our egos at the door. We simply don’t have time for them. And while we know that our team is made up of incredibly talented people, our success will never be the result of just one person’s contributions.

Learn and improve

We aren’t afraid of failure as long as we learn, improve, and repeat. Along the way we admit what we don’t know and remain passionate about constantly learning from failures and mistakes.

Explore and embrace change

We realize that just because we’ve always done something a certain way, doesn’t mean that’s the way it should always be done. If we’re not innovating, we’re stagnating. We don’t change for change’s sake, but we are always exploring and implementing a better way.
